Curriculum vitae
Hendrik Hegemann studied political science, modern history, and international and European law at the University of Freiburg and the University Washington at Seattle. In June 2008, he obtained his master’s degree with a mark of distinction. His thesis dealt with a constructivist explanation of German and American policies towards China. He was an intern with, among others, the German Marshall Fund of the United States in Berlin and the the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation’s Washington office. Since October 2008, Hendrik Hegemann has been a PhD candidate at the IFSH (ZEUS). His project is funded by a stipend from the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation.
