relations, EU neighbourhood policy, Russian domestic
and foreign policy. |
Background
Regina Heller studied Political Science and East
Slavic Studies at the University of Mainz, at
the Middlebury College, VT/USA and at the University
of Hamburg. After her exam in Hamburg, Regina
Heller worked as project manager at the Conflict
Prevention Network (CPN) at the Stiftung Wissenschaft
und Politik in Ebenhausen and Berlin, then as
coordinator of the research project "International
Risk policy" at the Center for Transatlantic
Foreign und Security Policy at the Free University
Berlin. Before joining IFSH as a PhD candidate
in October 2002, Regina Heller worked as project
manager of the "German-American-Russian Dialogue"
at the Aspen Institute Berlin.
