Background
Katarzyna Kubiak received her Master in International Economic Relations from the University of Lodz (Poland) in 2008. The topic of her diploma thesis was “Outsourcing as a Form of International Specialization”. In 2010 she graduated the Master of Peace and Security at the Institute for Peace Research and Security Policy at the University of Hamburg (IFSH), which she completed with her master thesis on the CTBT hold-out states. She has been granted the 2009 International Parliamentary Scholarship of the German Bundestag, where she was involved in the problematic of economic cooperation and development. Since February 2011 Katarzyna Kubiak has been a PhD candidate at IFSH (IFAR).
