A new academic book series, Edinburgh Studies on Masculinities in Global Politics, has been launched by Edinburgh University Press. The series' lead editor is Dr. Philipp Schulz, post-doctoral researcher at IFSH.
The series brings together interdisciplinary scholarship on masculinities in global politics, international relations, and peace and conflict research. It examines how masculinities shape violence, security, diplomacy, and political orders. With this focus, the series contributes to current debates on gender, power, and international politics, while opening up new perspectives for peace and security research.
