Vita

Dr Ulrich Kühn is head of the research area Arms Control and Emerging Technologies and of the research and transfer project of the same name in cooperation with the German Federal Foreign Office. Before joining IFSH, he worked for the Vienna Center for Disarmament and Non-Proliferation of the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies, the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, the Helmut Schmidt University/University of the Federal Armed Forces Hamburg and for the Federal Foreign Office. He completed his dissertation in political science with “summa cum laude” at the University of Hamburg in 2015.
